Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): snowblower stalling, toro ccr 2000e, carburetor

Question
Hi John
I have a 1994 Toro CCR 2000E snowblower, 4.5 H.P.,model no.38185-3900001,  that only will run when the choke is all the way out. It stalls if I push the choke in. It ran fine until the last snow. Can you help?            Thanks, John

Answer
 Hello John:

Make Sure the Gas is Free Flowing to the Carburetor. If it is, then Remove, Disassemble and Soak the Carburetor Overnight in Carburetor Cleaner. Then Blow Out the Passages with Compressed Air. Install New Kit. There is Trash in the Jets of the Carburetor and this is Restricting the Gas Flow through the Carburetor. You can View a Breakdown/IPL of this Blower at this Addy https://lookup2.toro.com/partdex/index.cfm?xCaller=Toro and Enter the Model Numbers 38185. This is a 1993 Model Blower. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
