Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): MTD SnowFlite 8/24 (Tecumseh), mtd snowflite, carburator

Question
It's been running well until this morning.

It will not "prime".  The primer bulb is in good shape, the gas tank is full, but all I can hear is a sucking sound and no gas flowing.

Could I be looking at a fuel line blockage?  If it isn't, how can I get fuel to flow to the carburator without priming?

 Send me the Make and Model Numbers Off of the Engine, Please. With these I can Locate a Breakdown/IPL and Better Assist you. Depending on the Carburetor and Engine Model, it could be the Pickup Tube has Broken or the Pick up Port May be Blocked. The Model Numbers will Assist me Greatly. Thanks.
