Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): snow blower not starting, ketchup bottle, starter fluid

Question
I have a toro s-620 snow blower.  It got a tune up 2 years ago, and i haven't started it since ( no snow ).  SO i siphoned out all the gas, refilled it with the 32:1 mix and sprayed some starting fluid in it and it started, now i can't get it to start again.  Where should i spray the starter fluid to get it to work?  I think i just got lucky the first time ( i don't know anything about engines ).

Answer
It is very difficult to spray starting fluid directly into the carb on your model.  You will have to remove the housing to gain access to the carburetor.  It is better to use a small container with 2 cycle mix to prime the carb than to use straight starting fluid.  We have an old style squeeze ketchup bottle with the long tapered plastic tip that we use.  Did you use new fuel with oil mix?
Let me know.
