Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): gas leak, toro snow blower, leak gas

Question
i have a toro snow blower. the original problem was that it wouldnt run properly and leak gas out of the whole where the choke flap is located. i had the carburetor rebuilt and it runs great but still leaks when it is shut off. What is causing this?

 Hello John:

 The Needle in the Carburetor isnt Shutting Off the Gas Flow Properly. Install a Manual Cutoff Valve in the Gas Line to the Carburetor and Turn Off the Gas Flow when the Engine is Not in Use. Hope this Helps. Thanks.
