 Hello Jonathan:

Go to this Addy http://www.scooterpart.net/get_show.asp?item_name=GS+0304++11+1%2F2+inch+sprocke and Enter the Words Zooma Carburetor Parts in the Search Box. Then Select the 33cc Zooma. I have Never Located a Breakdown/IPL or Even the Carburetor Kit. The Complete Carburetor is Only $17.00 Plus Shipping. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks. Be Safe.

Answer
 Hello Jonathan:

The Paint Thinner will Work to Some Extent. There isn't a Lot  of Solutions that will Clean the varnish from Inside the Carburetor and Not Damage the Plastic. I have Always Replaced the Scooter Carburetor. In the Shop, it Cost more to in Labor to Clean and Rebuild Most the Plastic Carburetor than Replace them with a New One. Hope this Helps.
