Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Where to locate lawnmower wheels?, small engine warehouse, motorcycle shops

I am renting a property that provided me a lawnmower to use (says Tuffcut 24 on it).  Anyways, the back tire went flat (tube inside and outer tire is really worn) and I need to find a replacement (about 18 inches that I measured).  Farm equipment place was not helpful at all.  The tire looks like a bike tire but isn't, obviously.  Please help!!!  Is there any online sellers of Tuffcut equipment?

God i haven seen one of those in years.............
you may have to try the bike or small motorcycle shops?
or even try to replace with something more common.
