Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Tecumseh HS50 - location oil drain cap, ariens st504, drain plugs

Hello John,

This one may be very simple for you... I just bought a used Ariens ST504 snowthower(model #932006), and would like to change the oil. I think that has a Tecumseh HS5O motor on it (HS5067244E), engine #4312B.

I see two bolds at the bottom of the engine. Which one is the oil drain cap?

 Sorry for the Delay. If I'm Not Mistaken; They Both Are Drain Plugs. You can View a Breakdown/IPL of this Engine at this Addy http://www.outdoordistributors.com/ and Select the T. Then Select Tecumseh. Then Select Don't have Part Numbers. Then Enter the Model Number. Then Select you Model for Online Viewing. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance.
