Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): RE: Lawn chief that wont go, pulley system, lawn chief

Question
Hi John!
In answer to your questions to my Lawn Chief that won't move in gear, there is no smoke at all. It stopped as though I had put the brake on. This is an older Lawn Chief with a model number of 2-1136-VD. I don't know if it's hydrostatic or not. Thanks for your response! For some reason I couldn't retrieve your response and tech support emailed it to me. That's why this response wasn't entered as a reply to your answer. If it's important that you know if it is a hydrostatic or not let me know and I'll try and find out.

Answer
 Hello Cheryl:

Sorry for the Delay. Check the Drive Belt. The Belt May have Broken or Jumped Off the Pulley System. Send me the Model Numbers Off of the Mower, Please. With these I can Locate a Breakdown/IPL and Better Assist you. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
