Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 3 hp briggs, hp briggs, cleaning solution

Question
why is my engine flooding itself out. I rebuilt the carberetor checked the valve clearence set the points I can't figure out why every time I start it it will idle perfect but as soon as I give it gas it dies. every time!

 Did you Soak the Carburetor Overnight in Carburetor Cleaning Solution (I use Gunk)? Then Blow Out the Passages with Compressed Air? If Not, Please do so. From your Description, the Main Jet Passage is Still Clogged. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.
