Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 5hp b&s, briggs and stratton, spark plug wire

model #130202 I can not get it started.It has a good spark plug just wont fire.If i hold on to the spark plug wire while I try to start it, it will shock me.It does not have points.I have cleaned the fly wheel and magneto.There is just no spark.Its getting fuel.When I ground out the spark plug there is no spark.Any help please I am stumped.  Hello Adam:

 If you have Tried Several Different Spark Plugs and are Sure the Plugs are Good, then the Coil is Bad. A Coil will Shock you, but Not have Enough Voltage to Spark the Plug. You can View a Breakdown/IPL of this Engine at this Addy http://www.outdoordistributors.com/ and Click the B. Then Select Briggs and Stratton. Then Select Don't have Part Numbers. Then Select the File # 13. Then Select the Folder # 130200. This will Download the Breakdown/IPL for this Engine. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance.
