Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Poulon auto oiler problem, oil tank, oiler

Question
I read the procedure to check for the oiler not working but don't understand part of it.  It says to "remove the tube from the oil tank with a wire"  How do you use a wire to do it? or will it be obvious once I get into it?

 Hello Paul:

 Take a Small Wire and Make a J on 1 End. Use this end to Capture and Pull the Pickup Tube through the Fill Neck of the Tank. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.
