Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): blade and engine stop adjustment, water faucet, clutch cable

Question
Mower:  Troy Built walk behind.
Problem:  I caught the wire for the Blade and engine stop on a outside water faucet while mowing.  Now the sheathing that holds the wire inside going from the engine to the squeeze handle is out of whack so its loose.  How do you tighten the wire up

 Send me the Model Numbers Off of the Mower Please. With these, I can Locate a Breakdown/IPL and Better Assist you. Some Don't have an Adjustment and Others Use an Adjustment like a Motorcycle Clutch Cable. Thanks.
