Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): gas shooting out of exaust, crankcase oil, exaust

i hav a small motorcycle w a lawn mower engine.  When i pull start,well try to, in spits gas out of the exaust.  what can be the problem.

 The Most Common Cause of this Problem is the Carburetor Float Needle Sticking or Not Seating Properly. You need to Check the Crankcase Oil for Gas Contamination. Send me the Make, Model, Type and Code Numbers Off of the Engine and I can Locate a Breakdown of the Engine and Better Assist you.
