I have a craftsman ridding mower model 917.271021 and the oil leaked out I fixed the leak but can not find out how much oil to put back in can you help me with this.

 Does the Hydro still Move? Was this a Major Leak. Depending on the OEM the Hydro wil Hold 1.75Qts to 2.5Qts. Add 1/4qt at a Time Until the Hydro Moves and then Add 1/4 more and Stop. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.
