Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): B&S 80202 stalls after warming up on load., briggs and stratton, air mixture

Question
My B&S 80202 on a lawn mower starts and runs well for 5 or 10 minutes.
Then, when warmed up & subject to load (speed for cutting graas) it splutters and dies.
It will if I drop the throttle go back and idle fine.

Ive got a new plug, new vac jet diaphragm and I cleaned the carb - what else can it be ?
Thanks
David

Answer
 Hello David:

Have you Hit Anything with the Blade? A LArge Clump of Grass or a Tree Limb and ect.? If Yes, then Check the Flywheel Key. It May have Become Damaged. I have seen Large Clump of Grass do This. If No, The Did you Soak the Carburator Overnight in Cleaning Solution(Gunk carburator cleaner) and Then Blow Out All the Passages with Compressed Air. The Spray Cleaners Loosen Up the Varnish and Really Dont Do a Proper Job of Cleaning the Carburator. If this Carburator has a Air Mixture Screw, then Turn it Out 1/4 Turn. You May have the carburator Too Lean. You can View this Engine at this Addy http://www.outdoordistributors.com/ and Click on the B. Then Select Briggs and Stratton. Then Select Dont have Part Numbers. Then Scroll Down to File # 8 and Click. Now Scroll to the Folder # 80200 - 80299 that has the Engines Type Numbers. **NOTE THE TYPE NUMBERS** Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

 Good Luck
