Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda ATV carb, honda atv, carburator

Question
I have a GX620 Honda in an ATV.    It has 56 hours on it, and the problem is that when the engine warms up, the engine will not respond to the throttle.   It bogs down, and after a few seconds will respond.
But when you slow down, -- same problem, it bogs down and hesitates, gasps for fuel(I`m guessing) and finally responds.   The Honda has a carb with a fuel cut solenoid.

 Hello F.L.:

 Check the Fuel Shutoff Soleniod. Remove the Soleniod and Purchase a Short Bolt (1/2"-3/4") the same Diameter and Threads and Install the Bolt. Run the Engine. If the Engine Runs the Same as Before, then the Carburator May need to be Cleaned and Rebuilt. Hope this Helps. I am Here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens,Please. Thanks.
