Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Echo SRM 1500 wont start, mixture settings, air mixture

Question
I had the carb rebuilt on this Echo SRM1500 couple of months ago. Last month or so, trimmer getting harder to start and engine dies unless I feather throttle.
I have disassembled carb and cleaned, cleaned exhaust and ports, checked gas mix, cleaned fuel filter. It's got good compression, spark looks to be a little weak but still ok, and after 8 or 10 pulls on the cord it appears to be flooded, consequently I can't get it to start. I will dry it all then repeat but same thing happens. I don't have enough hair left to pull out so any help is greatly appreciated!  Thanks!

Answer
 Hello Paul:

Check the Air Mixture Settings. If Set too Rich you will have this Problem. If the Carburator Pump Needle is Set Wrong it will Allow the Carburator to Flood Also. You can View a Breakdown/IPL at this Addy http://www.smallenginepartswarehouse.com/parts.asp and Click on Parts Look Up. Then Select the OEM(Echo) and Enter the Model Numbers SRM-1500 and Click Search. Then Double Click on the Model in the Search Results Area. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.
