Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Information for Scotts 21 lawn mower, bridgers, electric starter

Mr. Bridgers,..I have just purchased a used 6.5hp Scotts 21" 3-N-1 Convertible Mulcher lawn mower. The model is 228670X8A, serial # 7454908113D277. I have been trying to find information on this mower on the internet with no luck. I need a owners manual/service manual as well as a parts listing. The mower came with a electric starter but the owner had lost the battery charger. I need a charger.Can you help or direct me to a source.

 Hello Richard:

 John Deere should have the Manual and Parts (or access to the parts) you Require. My 2nd Choice is Murray, but this is an Older Model so John Deere would be Best. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.
