Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Sears LT1000 belt installation, lt1000, hydrostatic drive

Question
I have a 4 year old Sears LT1000 mower with hydrostatic drive.  The belt has slipped off the rear (transaxle) pulley. I can see this but have been unable to get to it to repair it. Where can I find directions for replacing this belt?  Thanks, Jerry

Answer
 Hello Jerry:

If you can Follow a Breakdown/IPL you can go to this Addy http://www3.sears.com/ and Click on the Lawn Equipment Box. Then Follow the Instructions to get to the View Diagram/View Parts List Page. From here you can View All the Mower in Breakdown/IPL form. You will need the Model Numbers Off the Mower. If you are Unable to Replace the Belt using the Diagram, let me know and I will Walk you through the Process. You will have to Remove the Deck to Properly Perform this Replacement. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
