Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Grass fills one bag only, troy bilt, bagger

Question
In 2005 I bought a Troy-Bilt Bronco Model J609; AT; 18.5 HP; 42" cut.  I also bought an MTD twin rear bagger Model OEM-190-180.  Assembled per instructions... only the left bag fills when cutting.  Have to stop, manually scoop grass from left bag, put into right bag.  Continue cutting.  Why don't both bags fill at the same time?

 Do you have the High Lift Bagger Blades or the Bagger Blade Lifts Attached to the Blades? If you Dont have the High Lift Bagger Blades the Lift and Air Flow is not enough to Throw the Grass Properly. You are Saying Left Bag. Are you Meaning the Right Bag? On Mine the Left Bag Fills up then the Right One will Fill Up. the Left one is as you are Sitting on the Mower. Once the Left is Filled the Grass has to Fill the Right Side. My Discharge is on the Right Side as you are Sitting on the Mower. I Hope I Understood you Problem Correctly. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance.
