Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Blade belt replacement, crankshaft pulley, wizzard

Question
I have a 42" Wizzard and need to replace the belt. I remove the pins to drop the deck - yes. Will that allow me to get the belt over the obstruction on the center mechanism?  Will it be helpful to run the mower up on ramps?  I read to follow the crankshaft pulley direction , so is that the pulley that drives the blade belt off the engine?

 Send me the Model Numbers Off of the Mower, Please. With these Numbers I May be Able to Locate a Breakdown of the Mower and Better Assist you. The Crankshaft Pulley is the Pulley the Drives the Belt off the Engine. I Always Suggest Removing the Deck from Under the Mower and Inspect and Clean the Deck and the Pulleys before Installing a New Belt. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance.
