Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): blower, best performance, good luck

i made a custom blower for a 30cc engine should i tune it 4 the blower or the engine with the blower off

 Hello John:

 When Tuning, you will Tune it for Either the Blower or the Engine. This will Depend on Which way Gives the Best Performance out of the Engine. I have Tuned some that Performed Well when Tuned for the Blower and Others have Performed Better when Tuned for the Engine. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance.
