Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Mower will start but wont move., carberator, zero turn mower

Question
John, I have a Dixon zero turn mower with a 13 horsepower Kohler engine. The engine started to run wide open, so my nephew had me order a governor which he put on. It ran pefectly the next day but the following day, it would idle but had no power. My nephew put a new carberator on and now it will start and idle just fine but won't go anywhere. What do you think could be the problem? There are no Dixon dealers in my area. I do so need your help as I have 6 acres to mow. Thank you.

 Send me the Model Numbers Off of the Mower and the Model, Type and Code Numbers Off of the Engine, Please. With these Numbers I can Locate a Breakdown of the Mower and the Engine and Better Assist you. Thanks.
