Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): briggs 10 hp quits after 20 -30 min, engine model type, lawn mover

Hello,i have a briggs 10 hp lawn mover that stops running after 20-30 min,took carb out cleaned it, new seat and neddle,new spark plug,checked gas cap,gas tank,i notice the fuel filter is full when first started but when problem accurs looks to be dry,gas goes to carb by gravity,gas tank seats hihger than carb,i can't figure out why this would happen?,thanks for your help.Carlos

How old is the engine? What is it on? What is the engine model, type and code number?

Did the problem happen suddenly or has the engine sat a while.
When was the last major tune-up?
Did you recently perform any other maintenance on the engine or equipment?
