Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda Harmony wont stay running, exhaust port, carburator

Question
I have a Honda Harmony HRB215.  I had it tuned up earlier this season and have used it about 6-7 times since then.  Today, I put some gas in it, then started it.  It started fine, and I went around the yard for about 5 minutes.  Then, it started acting sluggish and seemed to be sputtering some.  I stopped it to see if the throttle cable slipped or something and didn't see anything in particular that seemed wrong.  I tried cranking it again, and it will only run while in the choke position.  If I set it to High or Low on the throttle indicator, it stalls.  It runs fine in the choke position, but it only runs at about 2/3 of normal speed (on high setting).  Any ideas on what might have happened before I cart it back to the shop?
Thanks, Todd

Answer
 Hello Tod:

Remove the Exhaust and Check for Blockage in the Exhaust Port. Check the Muffler for Blockage. If these are Clear, then the Carburator has Picked Up Trash/Water. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. I enjoy knowing the Outcome. Thanks.

 Good Luck
