Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): hydro static transaxle, craftsman model, transaxle

i inquired earlier about the transaxle in my craftsman model 917.273322 mower.  since then i have obtained a new transaxle which i am installing now... my question is... where do i put fluid in it and how much, and what type.. i did nt recieve a manual with this tractor when i purchased it.... And... how often should this unit be serviced, fluid and filter?

 Most Hydrostatic Transaxles are Shipped Ready to Operate. Check with the Business you Purchased the Transaxle from for the Proper Information. It will Depend on the Manufacturer of the Transaxle and the Model of this Transaxle. If they are Unable to Assist you, then Send me the Manufacturers Name and Model Number Off of the Plate on the Transaxle, Please. With these Numbers I can Look up the Spepcifications you Require.
