Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): help! what kind of engine is it, small backhoe, model numbers

Hello, Its me again
I found some numbers but no make or model 143-640022 ser4116e. I am building a small backhoe an I need an engine to run my hyd. pump. can you tell me what this engine is, if it would be worth rebuilding and where I can find a repair manual.

Question -
I have a cast iron small engine that I dont know what it is. Can I get parts for it and is it worth rebuilding. All I found on the block is a B with a circle around it 19-0-102 and Y107 it has a tecumseh starter#333835  3015. Any info would be very helpful

 Do you have the Metal Engine Cover? If so Look on the Cover. The Numbers are Usually Stamped into the Cover where the Cover Sits Above the Spark Plug or Above the Muffler.  Go this Addy http://www.outdoordistributors.com/ and Click on the T. The Engine is a Tecumseh. The Model is 143.640022. Click on Tecumseh on the Next Page. On the Next Page Click Dont have Part Numbers. Then Enter the Model Numbers. Then Download the File to View Online. Depending on What is Wrong with the Engine, it would be Hard to Say if the Engine Would be Worth Rebuilding. I Usually go with Short Blocks if the Rings are Bad and a Rebuild is Required.
