Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 16 hp b&s single ohv white smoke intemittent, bolt diameter, torque specs

Question
Tried replacing crank vent and still sucks -blows oil. If I plug breather hole on air filter base oil starts spraying out dipstick hole.  Seems to run fine. It really starts doing it when I kick in the blades.  Head gasket ?  And if that is there anywhere I can get torque specs on the net without buying manual ?

 I Sent a Followup on the Headgasket. Go to this Addy http://www.zerofast.com/torque.htm and Scroll Down to the Chart. Just use the Bolt Diameter. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please. I enjoy knowing the Outcome. Thanks.
