help, my two front wheels are now behaving independently. If I turn left(ex), the left wheel responds but the right one stares over at the neighbor's tree. Visa Versa. Tired of goin in circles. Thanks for your interest in helping.

 Hello Chuck:

 From your Description it Sounds like the Cross Rod that Connects the 2 Front Tires for Steering is Broken or has Fallen Out. I have also Seen the Weld Break on the Spindle and Allow the Same thing to Happen. Go to this Addy http://www3.sears.com/ and Click the Lawn Equipment Box. Then Follow the Directions to the View Parts List/View Diagram Page. If you want to see the Breakdown of the Steering, then Mark the View Diagram for Steering Assembly and Click Continue.
