Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Husqvarna w/Honda GCV 160 5.5 engine, honda gcv 160, model honda

Question
Hello John,
I have a Husqvarna Model 5521CHV Self propelled mower w/Honda GCV160 engine.
I was using the mower today on my yard and after it had run and cut grass about 5 or 6 mins it just quit. Didnt run over anything or put the engine under any stress. I tried restarting several times with no luck. I drained out all gas from the tank to the carb. and refilled with fresh gas. Checked the plug for fouling but it was ok. Pulled the plug off again after trying to start it a few times to see if gas was getting to the plug and it was wet with gas. So i finally got my son to pull it with me holding the plug and grounding it on the engine case and saw no spark. I understand this model Honda engine has a internal timing belt. Could the timing belt be the problem or is it more than likely the ignition coil or could it be a bad spark plug even though it looks fine. Also could the key that contols the timing be sheared off?
Thks so much

Answer
 Hello Bob:

The Internal Belt times the Crankshaft and Valves. The Spark is Timed with the Flywheel Key. If you have No Spark at All, I Suggest the Ignition Module/Coil/Igniter. Change the Spark Plug First. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
