Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): John Deer STX46, john deer, safety switch

Having problems getting the john Deer going at all.  I tried starting it and it acts as though there is no power at all tried replacing to a new battery and cables tried jump starting it and still acts as though it still gets no power.  what should one check to get them going.

  1- Check the Clutch Safety Switch. 2- Check the Fuse. 3- Check the Starter Soleniod. These 3 Items will Make the Mower seem to have No Electrical Power.
