Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): RX95 ridding mower question, sectional index, power train

The steering broke on my RX95 ridding mower the rod that connects to the steering has fallen out of the hole on the top piece but i dont see what holds it on at teh top

 Go to this Addy http://jdpc.deere.com/jdpc/servlet/com.deere.u90490.partscatalog.view.servlets.H... and Enter the Model Number RX95. Then on next page, Click on the Model. Then Sectional Index. Then Power train, Steering and Brakes. Then Steering Wheel and Gear. Enlarge the Diagram. Does this Diagram Help? Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.
