Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 5.5 Honda Engine, honda engine, time hope

I have a 5.5 Honda go-cart engine and would like to know if you can change the timing to change the rotation from clockwise to counter- clockwise and vice versa.

 Hello Bud:

 You Cant Change the Rotation Without Changing to a Reverse Rotation Cam and Flywheel. You can Move the Axle Gear Location or Add a New Gear to the Axle and Set the Go-Cart up to Run with Either Clockwise and Counter Clockwise Engines. I do this All the Time. Hope this Helps.
