do not want to blow a motor.
It their a easy way to do this?
Thank you,

Answer
 Hello Mike:

Turn the Governor Shaft Counter Clockwise. Push the Governor Control Arm so the Carburator is in the Full Open Position. Holding the Governor Shaft as you do this. Lock the Governor Control Arm to the Governor Shaft. This may have to be Reversed for your Engine. Send me the Model Numbers Off of the Engine, Please. With these Numbers I can View a Breakdown of the Engine and Better Assist you. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, please. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
