Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): lawn mower (Push) B/S 3.5hp 9D902, diaphram, carburator

Question
I replaced the primer bulb and clean the plastic carb + tank.  Installed new gaskets.  When I filled the gas tank w/fuel and pressed the primer bulb I notice 0 fuel coming out of the bottom of the venturi.  I can here it sucking but nothing is happening.  Where did I go Wrong?

 Hello Mani:

 Check the Pickup Tube for a Hole in it. Check the Diaphram. From the Diagram, the Carburator has a Gasket and a Diaphram. Make Sure the Gasket and Diaphram are Correctly Installed. Is the Primer Bulb Installed so as there are No Leaks. It Sounds like the Diaphram is on the Wrong Side of the Gasket. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please.
