Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): old tecumseh outboared motor, tecumseh motors, carberator

Question
I have an old tecumseh/johnson out boared and the carberator is causeing me all kinds of grief, I was hoping that maybe you could tell me if all tecumseh motors are generally mounted the same way or if i have to scrap a perfectly good motor, its a late 70's model 7.5 horse, any information you could give me about maybe finding parts for such an old motor or any advice at all would be greatly appreciated, thanks again

 What is the Problem the Carburator is Giving you? Send me the Engine Numbers, Please. I can Locate a Diagram and Assist you Better. Most of the Carburators on the Engines Mount the Same Depending on the Model. Thanks.
