Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 8hp briggs & stratton carburator, briggs stratton, issuse

okay so i went down to my claim to try to get my 10ton wench working didnt work blah blah was the carb so i brought it up cleaned it out and you know how when they get all gunked up you cant remove the jet and gota wiggle it out well the jet broke on me , can anybody suggest anything to get it out , i gota hike back down there to get the part number on the engine , there was an issuse with the float and the bottom mixture valve but i think i fixed all of that was geting ready to button it all up to take back down there iwas wiggling it on and snap  maybe like try to heat it up in that portion and try to take it out? ive tried to clean it up with carb cleaner not happening....

 Hello Mike:

 I will need the Engine Number to Assit you Better. However, I usually Soak the Carburator Overnight in Cleaning Solution and then Blow All the Ports and Passages Out with Compressed Air. If the Carburator Jet is Frozen in the Carburator, then the Varnish is Still in the Jet Port. A good Soaking should Release the Broken Jet and Compressed Air will Push it out for you.
