Hi John: The local Lowe's has a bunch of discounted lawn mowers that are new returns. One of them is has a 5.5 Honda with internal choke. The return ticket says "keeps choking". Is this a repairable item for a all around mechanic like myself and what does it involve.

 Hello Jay:

 The Model Numbers would Help me Look at the Carburator Design of Which you Ask. However, The Automatic Carburators are Good when you Get a Good One. If a good Cleaning and Rebuild Doesnt Help the Function of the Carburator, then the Only Recourse is to Purchase a New Carburator. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please.
