Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): B&G 8hp Pull wont engage, recoil starter, bagging system

Hi John,
I have an older Ariens rear engine mower with a 8hp B7S powerbuilt engine. It has electric start which works fine, but when I got this machine thge pull starter didn't work. The rope is intact but when you pull it , it doesn't engage to turn the motor. I assume I need to pull the flywheel but am not sure how to do it. Hope you can help. Also, would you happen to know where I can find a rear bagging set up for this mower. Everything has been removed including the hangers for the bagging system.  Hello Tim:

 Send me the Model Numbers Off the Engine, Please. They are Located on the Blower Housing(metal Engine Cover). This will Allow me to see the Type of Recoil Starter on the Mower. You will Not have to Remove the Flywheel, However you Will Need to Remove the Blower Housing. Thanks.
