Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): tecumseh h30 tune up, starter fluid, carburator

I have an ariens 932 snow blower with a tecumseh h30 engine, i want to find out how to do  a tune up on it. It does not start now and im not sure if it is difficult to do a tune up on this.

 Hello Ian:

 If you Send me the Model Numbers Off of the Engine I may be Able to Locate a Diagram tha will Assist you in  Doing the Tune up. However, Try to Start the Engine with Starter Fluid and If it Runs and Quits, then the Carburator is Going to Require Cleaning and Rebuilding. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please.
