Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): how to fix leaf blower, starter fluid, carburator

I was just wonderin on how to fix a homelite 180v leafblower.

 Hello Benny:

 Check for Fire at the Spark Plug. If Fire at the Plug, then Spray Small mount of Starter Fluid into the Carburator and try to Start the Engine. If it Starts and Dies, the Clean and Overhaul the Carburator. If No Fire at the Plug, then Disconnect the Shut Off Wire from the Coil. Is there Fire at the Plug. If Yes, then the Shut Off Switch is Bad. If No Fire, then the Coil/Ignition Module is Bad. For more Assistance, Send me the Model Numbers and Tell me What Happened with the Above Tests.
