Question
i have noticed that every time i attempt to start the mower after sitting for a day or two my engine does not turn over. i also notice that when i turn the key gasoline shoots out from just above the spark plug. the other day the gasoline caught on fire from the spark plug some how. what should i be looking for? i work on my own cars but i can tackle this with your help..

thanks..

Answer
 Hello Dimas:

***CHANGE THE OIL*** IT IS FULL OF GAS NOW*** 1- The Gas Tank Cap May Not be Venting the Tank Properly and Alowing Pressure to Override the Carburator Float Needle and the Caburator Float Needle Cant Stop the Flow of Gas into the Carburator Bowl and Flooding the Compression Cylinder (the reason for gas in compression Chamber). 2- The Carburator Requires Cleaning and Overhauling. 3- I Require the Make, Model and Type Numbers Off of the Engine to Assist with the Gas coming from Above the Spark Plug. Hope this Helps.  Let me know what Happens, Please.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully
