Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Lawnmower throttle cable, throttle cables, throttle cable

Working on neighbors $20 lawnmower. Bally brand. It was worked on previously and many parts were bent. The throttle cable is mounted in a plastic holder with a lever in it. For the life of me I can't see how to get it back together correctly. Any idea where I could find a throttle cable installation diagram? My googleing has turned up nothing useful. thank-you

 I would not fix it. Purchase a New One that is All Metal and Install it on the Mower. The Plastic One even if Repaired will not Last Long. You can try http://www.johnfvining.com/manuals/S_parts.asp for a Diagram of how to Repair it. They have a Large Selection, but I dont think you will Find Bally's Listed; Because Throttle Cables are Universal Fit for Most Walk Behind Mowers. I Cant Remember Off the Top of My Head Who the Manufacturer was. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please.
