Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): JUST WILL NOT START, carburator, weed eater

Question
APPARENTLY I HAVE SPARK ON THE WEED EATER HOWEVER THERE IS NO IGNITION.  IT CONSTANTLY SMELLS FLOODED WHEN YOU TRY TO START IT.  I REMOVED THE EXHUAST MUFFLER AND IT HAD ALOT OF GAS IN IT.  ANY SUGGESTIONS.

Answer
 Hello Michael:

Send me the Make and Model of the Engine, Please and I can Assist Better. However, It Sounds like the Carburator is Flooding the Engine. It Could be the Carburator Float Needle Sticking, but it Depends on the Make and Model of the Engine Also. Hope this Helps.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
