Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): kohler engine on John Deere mower, old john deere, mechanical experience

I have a 2 yr old John Deere mower. Problem is the valve seat or guide has turned loose from the head. All maint. has been done as scheduled and to my knowledge the engine has not overheated or run low of oil. Any suggestions on how or why this might have happened...

 This is a Rare Problem for a 2 yr Old Engine. No Matter what the Make. It Does Happen. Sometimes it is Bad Metal and High Block Temperatures when it is the Valve Seat. With the Valve Guide it is Most Often Carbon has Built up Between the Stem and Guide and it Sticks Enough to Jerk the Guide Free from the Block.  Check the Warranty and if it Hasnt Expired Contact a Kohler Dealer Now. If the Warranty has Expired, then the Seat Will Have to be Oversized. Depending on your Mechanical Experience, you may not want to Attempt the Repair Yourself. A Repair Shop is Better Suited to do this Repair. Hope this Helps. Let me know whay Happens, Please.
