Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 3.5 B@S stuck intake valve, penetrating oil, trans fluid

I have a stuck intake valve on a 3.5 B&S classic engine. I have opened all access points besides opening the case. I lubed it with spray lube and trans fluid. I have tapped and pryed as best I can with no luck. Do you have any tricks or suggestions? I have this same problem with two engines. Is there a good brand of penitrating oil that works better than the rest?

 Hello Clifton:

 It Sounds like the Valve is Bent/Warped. You can try PB Blaster for a Penetrating Oil. Its the Best Penetrating Oil I have Found. If it Doesnt Work, then the Valve will ahve to be Pulled with a Puller and then the Valve Guide will have to be Checked for Damage. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please.
