Hi John;

5 HP ariens self-propelled (tecumseh engine).  Early 90's I'm guessing.  Drive disk is finally worn out after many seasons.  I've got a new disk, but am unsure as to how to replace it. This topic has probably already been covered, so if you would rather point me to a discussion area, that would be fine.   Thanks.

 Hello Jim:

 I found a Parts Breakdown that you can use to Help you Replace the Disc. Go to http://partsradar.arinet.com/Scripts/EmpartISAPI.dll?MF&app=ASP&lang=EN&TF=ARNS/ and then Select Catalog Ariens Consumer. Then Under Function Select Search. On Left Side of this Page, go to Model Search and Enter the 911016 Numbers. Click Go. There Are 3 Models Listed. Look at All Three. It Shows the Different Type of Disc Drives. You want to Look under Friction Wheel Drive to see the Different Disc Drives. Hopes this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please.
