Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): flywheel nut thread handedness, steering wheel puller, vertical shaft

Question
B & S Intek OHV 7.0 hp vertical shaft  from top rotates clockwise.   I may have sheared the flywheel key (bent blade on hidden stump) shaft seems ok.  I want to remove flywheel I can't tell which way the threads go.

Answer
 Hello John:

The Flywheel Nut is Removed Counter Clockwise. You will Require a Steering Wheel Puller and a Hammer to Remove the Flywheel After the Nut is Off. Once the Nut is Off, Attach the Puller. Tighten the Puller and then Hit the Puller with the Hammer to Jar the Flywheel. Repeat this Process if Nesseccary until the Flywheel Pops Loose. Remove the Flywheel. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
