Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): push lawnmower wont stay running., air fuel mixture, adjustment screws

Question
my question is I bought a weedeater push mower. It is 4.75hp quantum. I mowed the grass with it once and it did fine this morning but then it just won't stay started. fIt starts up but when i go to push it , it then cuts off. I have cleaned the filter and checked the spark plug . someone said may be the carberator but i don't know where that is . any help would be great. thank you deanna

Answer
 Hello Deanna:

Yes the Problem Sounds like the Carb. The Carb has the Air Filter Connected to it. I require the Model Numbers of the Engine to Help. The Carb may have Adjustment Screws for the Air/Fuel Mixture. If it Does, then it May be a Simple Adjustment. If Not, then the Carb May Require Cleaning and Overhauling. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully
