how to change coil have removed old one and wires are broken

 Hello G:

 The Coil will have One Wire with a Grommet for Grounding the Coil at One of the Coil Mounting Bolts. The Other Wire will go to the Engine Shut Off Connection on the Speed Control Bracket. If it is One Wire, then the Wire goes to the Cut Off Bracket. If the Coil Mounting Holes are Slotted, then Set the Coil .020 Away from the Flywheel. Hope this Helps.
